Return / Exchange policy 

You can exchange your item for free except postage costs to the other item or a credit note.

The returning should be done within 20 days from your purchase date. Retuned piece must be clean as an original condition, unworn, unwashed. And you have to present the purchased invoice.

Return pieces should be in their original packaging. If you send returned item not in an original packaging, we regard this as a violation of return policy, will re-sent to the customer as a pay on delivery.

Return / Exchange policy of Bespoke

For the reason of very unique and specified design, customized piece is not allowed to be return or exchange.

Customizing ones are specially designed and manufactured by hand for only one person.

We can clean up or polish or repair your piece by negotiation, but we cannot rework due to changing of mind.

Refunds policy

We cannot give you refund for the post fault or change of mind. Refunds will be happened as a last resort if the piece received in faulty. Please specify the faultiness as soon as you receive. Request the refund and send us back within 20 days from your purchased date. Faulty piece might be able to repair for free.

For the jewellery making workshop, cancelation or refund is not allowed if it is not an exceptional issue. But rescheduling is available until 2 days before.
