✦ Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you may reschedule your booking up to 3 days before your scheduled session date. Please contact us to arrange a new date.
(Example: If your session is on Friday, you can reschedule it up until Monday)
For bookings within 3 days of the session, a last-minute rescheduling option may be available. Please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist.
Kindly note that cancellations are not available as mentioned during the booking process.
✦ May I bring a guest who is not making a ring?
To ensure a calm and focused studio environment, only participants who are actively making a ring are permitted to remain in the studio during the session. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to provide the best experience for all guests.
✦ Can I create two rings in one session?
Yes, you can. You can make two rings in one session as long as you have enough energy to make. We just charge for silver fee which is $50. Please let us know after you make a booking as one person.
✦ Can I make my ring in gold instead of silver?
Yes, gold rings are available. We typically work with 10ct yellow gold, with higher carat options available depending upon request. Please contact us for gold option.
✦ Can my ring be resized after the class?
Yes. We offer an after-class resizing service for a fee of $35. Please contact us to arrange resizing service.
✦ I have my own metal, can it be reused or remade?
For quality and safety reasons, we are unable to reuse or remelt previously owned metals. All rings are crafted using new, high-quality materials provided by our studio.
✦ Are the materials waterproof?
Yes. We work exclusively with precious metals such as silver and gold, which are durable and designed to last a lifetime. Your ring is completely safe to wear in water and suitable for everyday use.
✦ Is there an age requirement to join the workshop?
Our recommended minimum age is 11 years old. Young participants are welcome, and we take special care during the session. However, we strongly recommend that a parent or guardian join the workshop alongside them for additional support.
✦ What is the minimum and maximum group size?
You are welcome to attend the workshop on your own. Each session is limited to a maximum of 12 participants, allowing us to provide attentive, personalised guidance to every guest.
✦ Can I bring my pet ?
Yes, you can. We are pet friendly studio - more than welcome to tag along your pet friend. Just let us know before you come.
